wonderful experience buying a used car for my daugher One Sunday afternoon, I saw a black 2009 Lexus RX350 SUV sitting in the car lot, It hadn't been placed with the other cars for sale, so I figured it One Sunday afternoon, I saw a black 2009 Lexus RX350 SUV sitting in the car lot, It hadn't been placed with the other cars for sale, so I figured it must have just come in to the Frankman Motor Company. I called Frankman's the first thing on Monday to inquire about it for my high school daughter. I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying the vehicle. I dealt with Mr. Jim Swanson. He was always kind, forthright and very helpful when answering my questions, negotiating a deal, and helping me complete the paperwork. When we came to an agreement on price, He was extremely helpful in getting all aspects of the history of the car and it's prior service and everything else I needed to know about the car. I was introduced to various employees there who would mechanically inspect the car and exactly what inspection would be done and how the car would be detailed for sale. This was my first experience dealing with Frankman Motor Co.. Frankly, everyone there was very polite and extremely helpful in answering my many questions regarding the car, the details of the sale and financing, and then closing the deal. I have purchased a large number of cars for my wife, my kids and for me. This was the best used car purchase experience I have ever made - by a mile! Mr. Swanson even helped me set up a scenario at Frankman's to help me surprise my daughter and the car I had finally found for her after searching for 5 months in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. It went down perfectly and she was so very happy. I would like to give Frankman's and Jim the highest rating possible, and have told other people about the great experience buying a great car at an extremely reasonable price. They hit it out of the park - way out. More
