Founded in 1988 by Kevin and Brenda Frankman, Frankman Motor Company began as a small, family-operated business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and then was told I wouldn’t be able to drive it home that day - even though I’d texted to make sure it would be ready and was told it would be (I’m 2 ho then was told I wouldn’t be able to drive it home that day - even though I’d texted to make sure it would be ready and was told it would be (I’m 2 hours away so it makes a difference). After waiting a little while, I was told they’d had me test drive the wrong vehicle and I could take the one I’d actually inquired about home. It was my fault not looking at the one I’d initially inquired about properly, but I trusted the dealership. I got home and noticed one of the cords to the back window was broken and there was a dent in the front hood. Also, I was very clear with the finance person that I was not interested in any add ons and he was pretty pushy, ended up taking me into something I immediately regretted. Lastly, I texted Mike stating I forgot to give him my extra fob and forgot to take my garage door opener from my trade. He promised he’d send it to me, but I have yet to see it. I wish I could say more positive things about Frankman, but I will not be back. More
