After 60 years of buying cars, only Franklin Toyota rates as high or higher than any Lexus dealership I have used (and all three of those were tops). Randy Fields does an excellent job of providing superior as high or higher than any Lexus dealership I have used (and all three of those were tops). I live 10 minutes from the Toyota dealer where I live and yet after a full month was still being yanked around by a non responsive sales person and her manager…worst I’ve ever had. After speaking to Randy who was on the other side of the state I had my car in hand in fewer than 5 days—including the 3-4 hours drive to get it. Too bad other dealerships aren’t as excellent as Randy Fields and Franklin Toyota. More
