This review is specifically regarding the service department at CDJR Franklin. Due to poor (or, in some instances, none) communication, incompetence, and overall lack of basic customer care, my Jeep department at CDJR Franklin. Due to poor (or, in some instances, none) communication, incompetence, and overall lack of basic customer care, my Jeep has been into the service department four different times to fix what one would consider a small issue. Parts were not ordered at all, parts were ordered incorrectly, and communication was initiated by this dealership only after they had my Jeep for longer than initially stated - including, in one instance, overnight. After filling out a survey halfway through this ordeal, expressing my displeasure, the dealer said they would install all of the correct parts and even detail my car, as a show of appreciation for all of the inconvenience I went through. Neither of these things were done. In fact, incredulously, another part on my Jeep was broken in the process of “fixing” the original issue. The service manager blamed his staff and said he was “cleaning house” to make things better. He promised that if I brought my Jeep in a final time, they would fix everything, they would detail it, and they would have a loaner for me, ready to go. They did not detail my Jeep, and they did not have a loaner for me ready to go at my appointment time. This time there was no employee to blame and it is clearly a direct reflection of the leadership at CDJR Franklin. More

I bought my Ram sport about three years ago and I was very happy with the way I was treated. Every time I bring it in for service I feel special. This job is simple - just pull it into the bay - not a difficult fix. I had a funeral to attend at 11am close by the dealer. I arrived 15 minutes early and had to stand by my car for 10 minutes before anyone could check me in. I did the math: 15 minutes to get the car into the bay, 1 hr to repair (a 30 minute job) and 15 minutes for checkout - 90 total minutes by my fat estimate. I departed the dealer at 11:45 (3 hours after I arrived). I missed the funeral. In addition, I was charged a shop fee of $24 (environmental charge) for what? I did not have oil changed. There was nothing to dispose. Customer service said they would contact me regarding the length of stay and the service charge, a day later Christina called. She said she would get and answer and call back within a couple of days. No word. 7 days later I called and left a voice message wth Christina. It has been 2 week. No call back - nothing. I am taking to the web now since I cannot get anyone at the dealer to contact me. It is now a matter of principle. More
