Very professional.I was greeted immediately upon my arrival at the service department by Brandon and addressed by my name.Went over the work to be done with a full explanation.The needed required that arrival at the service department by Brandon and addressed by my name.Went over the work to be done with a full explanation.The needed required that I leave the car overnight.Was contacted first thing the next morning that the work was completed and provided a time I wanted to pick it up.Arrived at the agreed upon time ,met by Brandon,went over the invoice of work preformed.Car was washed and filled with gas and off I went totally happy😃😃😃😂! More

I recently brought my 2017 Ram Pro Master in for engine analytics. The staff at this location were very attentive, responsive and professional. While all of the staff were great, one service professional analytics. The staff at this location were very attentive, responsive and professional. While all of the staff were great, one service professional stood out. During the process Mike Pollard took the time to communicate with me through each step of the process. Wish there was a score below 1 star! f you live in the Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 20 years! I normally do not post things like this, but I feel so compelled to help others not end up dealing with the issues we are. The extreme lack of professionalism, mismanagement, and DAMAGES we have had to deal with because of this dealership is truly mind-blowing. Can you imagine going to pick up your vehicle (after the 5th time they were suppose to fix it and over 2 collective months of it being at the dealership) and there are now *new* major interior and exterior damages that occurred while it was being serviced? Almost every time we have brought in our Jeep, it has incurred damages by this dealership. It also "mysteriously" is missing 3/4 of a tank of gas when we pick it up. It is totally unacceptable. Please heed this warning! I am seriously considering standing on the street outside this dealership with a sign warning others. It's just THAT BAD. I wish someone would have done this for us before we purchased our new Jeep here last year. We love the Jeep, but 150% regret buying from this dealer. More
