I was advised after leaving the car it was the wrong day for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I ha for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I had to call the following morning to ask about the status of my service I was quoted $700 for non warranty repair. I declined to receive the service and took the car for a second opinion where I was advised the $700 repair was not an accurate diagnosis of the problem. A technician removed the service sticker in my window and left an awful mess in my car and finger prints all over my windshield. Not impressed with this service. More

I wish someone had checked the jeep over before sending me out. But, they did make things right and washed my jeep for the trouble. I do appreciate they took responsibility. Now if I could get them to clean the oil on my garage floor. More
