Service Dept. Is bad, and they push maintenance way early I will never use them again. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 32k miles. Very light highway miles, and runs great. After checking with 2 other dealers, we were directed to Franklin Chrysler. We met Tonia Emmitt in Service when we arrived at 9:45 at your busy location. She told us to relax, that she'd get us back on the road quickly. And we were, before noon. We were very impressed with Tonia & the dealership — we recommend it to anyone driving a Chrysler product who might have car trouble in that area of Tennessee. Dave & Penny Miller More

Service Department does NOT call customers I had my vehicle in go into the shop on Tuesday, Aug. 8 due to transmission failure. I was informed they would call me as soon as they determined the I had my vehicle in go into the shop on Tuesday, Aug. 8 due to transmission failure. I was informed they would call me as soon as they determined the issue. On Tuesday, Aug 15, I had not received any calls. So I called them to determine where things were at. I was informed that they found a loose ground wire and they had tightened them all. They said they would call me after a test drive to inform me if my car was fixed or needed more work. I never received any phone calls. I called today (August 22) to see where things were at, and was told that my car was fixed and ready to go. It had been fixed and ready as of August 16th. Nobody from the service department had called or emailed or texted or anything to inform me. If I hadn't have called today, I wonder how long it would have been until they contacted me. There is absolutely NO communication with their customers. This was just my most recent experience. My family had also experienced other communication issues with the service department recently. We What can I say about a dealership service department that loses a car? That was just the case with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Franklin TN. We scheduled an appointment over ten days out for a software update recall. We delivered our Jeep the day before to ensure our vehicle would be in cue the next day. After not hearing anything all day, we called to determine the status of the repair. When we called, they did not have any record of our vehicle. At first they argued with us about having the Jeep. When we finally got a manager, he conceded the vehicle was there, just they did not know where. It took them almost an hour to call back to let us know they had found our car. They completed the software update in approximately 20 minutes, after telling us it would take a few hours the day we dropped it off. They went further and contradicted the actual recall notice saying it was wrong. When we picked up the car, they were apologetic, but offered nothing for our trouble. To add insult to injury, we received a robo e-mail asking about experience offering a free car wash. They should have done that at the time they knew the mess they made. We are so disgusted, we are contemplating trading our Jeep for some other brand of car. We will at least use a new dealership for any future service. More
