We bought a Chrysler Pacifica here that has had a long list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service does list of electrical issues. This dealer has a service department that can only accommodate appointments more than 6 weeks out. Customer service doesn't return calls and when you get in touch the call is handed off to others. They also won't honor warranties of the cars and services they sell. I recommend you avoid this dealership and its service department. More

Completely scammed in Service Dept. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to be told they couldn’t put my tires back on due to an issue. A $2600 estimate was presented and I Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to be told they couldn’t put my tires back on due to an issue. A $2600 estimate was presented and I was asked if I had a ride home. Needless to say, I had my car towed to a local shop and was told the issue I was told existed by the dealership (when they had my car hostage) did not exist at all. It was a blatant lie. More
This as a long time coming. I should have done this sooner. The sales staff was nice. Was hoping to locate one to transfer in etc. We bought one elsewhere. The people who check you into service fine. But the actual service…. Terrible. Had my Jeep in numerous times for a noise never fixed it, turned out to be a simple bracket, took it else where. Had problems with electric top… they couldn’t figure it out, didn’t fix it, took it back, so they ordered a new one. Then forgot to put the entire plastic cover and other safety pieces on the inside front of the automatic top. Went back explained problems they said it’s fine Jeeps are noisy they would not listen. I researched even took pics inside other new jeeps on lot to show them this is different then the ones the lot with same feature. They then and only then listened and said oh gosh you are right, we forgot the whole assembly inside. After calls headquarters, they were a little more helpful. I live in Nashville and am 1 1/2 mile farther than their pick up and delivery area. Calling to get service needs to be far in advance and god forbid you need a loaner. It’s Franklin truly expected it to be different. The inconvenience and confidence makes your dread taking it in for service. More

Do you enjoy taking your car to the service department to wait ALL DAY to be told "sorry the part wasn't in stock" when they knew what the issue was up front? Do you enjoy having your Chrysler product recalled multiple times? Do you like calling the dealer for a recall with the engine light on and being told "Earliest I can get you in is in 2 months. Does that work?" If you reply no, they will offer "You can drop the car off indefinitely and we will try to look at it earlier." If you say "Can I get a loaner?" They will laugh in your face and say of course not. If you like this things, then this is the dealership for you. I will never buy another car from this dealer though. More
I brought my truck here after having an issue with an independent shop. Paige, Michael and the techs in the service department were all wonderful. They listened to me, got my truck in pretty quickly ev independent shop. Paige, Michael and the techs in the service department were all wonderful. They listened to me, got my truck in pretty quickly even though I didn't have an appointment, even had me talk with their tech about what was going on to make sure everything was made right. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and definitely recommend them. More
Thought this was going to be another typical experience at Franklin CDJR, where I have to call and find out if my Jeep is ready, but Paige was awesome. Got my Jeep in and out quickly without an appointment at Franklin CDJR, where I have to call and find out if my Jeep is ready, but Paige was awesome. Got my Jeep in and out quickly without an appointment and coordinated a shuttle to and from the dealership. Best service that I have ever had at Franklin CDJR. Thanks Paige. More
