I initially scheduled my appointment and was told I’d be able to get a rental through the dealership but come to find out that’s nearly impossible. When I dropped off my vehicle after I rescheduled I was to able to get a rental through the dealership but come to find out that’s nearly impossible. When I dropped off my vehicle after I rescheduled I was told it would be seen day of but it wasn’t seen till 3 days later. Getting them to communicate at all was absolute xxxx. I would call and leave voicemails and would never receive a call back. It took me calling the normal line and getting a receptionist and asking for the manager and then later on just texting the number to get a call back. More
