I wasn't really happy with my service as a person who lives out of state and was looking for a particular car they had. And what I was looking for. But when I called and inquired about vehicle they told lives out of state and was looking for a particular car they had. And what I was looking for. But when I called and inquired about vehicle they told me they would charge me $2,000 more just because I didn't want to finance with them. Don't get me wrong I love the price of the vehicle they had on the table. But I feel the request they were making to charge me more because I had a better rate from another bank somewhere else was completely unreasonable. I wasn't happy with my service. More
Liars and thieves in the service dept. Got charged almost $400 labor for thermostat replacemet. ***WARNING*** This dealership is up-charging $10,000 over list price. The vehicle we drove over an hour to see was listed on their website for $101,XXX. The salesman was rude and snobby thinking we would have no choice but to buy the vehicle since we had traveled a long distance for it. The manager then tried to lie about the availability of the vehicle stating their were only 4 in the country with Supercruise. (We knew this was a lie due to already seeing at least 6 within a four hour radius. Steer clear of this dealership. They completely wasted our time because they wanted to take advantage of a customer. More
Franklin Chev your service department sucks, I call and got a 8 o clock appt to get a 2022 suburban serviced arrived at 7.50 am got with Paul Cowart service advisor. Went to the waiting room and at 9am wal got a 8 o clock appt to get a 2022 suburban serviced arrived at 7.50 am got with Paul Cowart service advisor. Went to the waiting room and at 9am walked around the dealership and found my suburban in the used car lot, at 9:15am one of the service guys went and got it, and at 11 am they advised it was ready. Just for a service this is unexcusable. When I went to get Paul Cowart pretty well called me a liar said my car did not sit in the parking lot for a 1 hour this is not the first time taking that long. Drove six hours after reviewing on line. It was the exact truck and extras I was looking for. Besides being heavily sold on the Cȧre coverages on the vehicle totaling $13,000 over five years which was aggrav truck and extras I was looking for. Besides being heavily sold on the Cȧre coverages on the vehicle totaling $13,000 over five years which was aggravating during the process I proceeded to the dealership six hours away with cash in hand for the down payment for the loan organized after running my credit. I gave the dealership the day and time of my arrival and had all paperwork in tow. Trouble was the truck from a cosmetic stand point looked terrible. Not cleaned, heavy scrapes and heavy deep scratches to the body work, scuff marks and paint over the body work to name but a few flaws. This dealership made no effort to disclose the condition of this nearly $80,000 vehicle and completely wasted my time. I did not purchase the vehicle. I strongly recommend to others they don’t buy from here also. More
