AMAZING!! Our experience with Franklin Chevrolet was so amazing. We had gone to a different dealership close to us the prior weekend and they were so pushy and Our experience with Franklin Chevrolet was so amazing. We had gone to a different dealership close to us the prior weekend and they were so pushy and obnoxious and could not find exactly what I wanted within a 500 mile radius so after 4 1/2 hours of non stop pushing us to get something I didn’t want we left. I went online and found the Suburban I wanted at Franklin Chevrolet and decided to drive over there the following weekend to see the Suburban and it was well worth the hour and a half drive. We had the pleasure of working with Shayne Harkins who I had spoke with before we arrived and was more than willing to help me get what I wanted. When we arrived Shayne had the Suburban ready for us to look at and test drive. I fell in love with the truck right away. We spoke to our bank and we couldn’t get the rate on our loan low enough for our payment to where we felt comfortable and Shayne made it clear that if they couldn’t help get the numbers where we needed them to be on this exact truck then he would do everything he had to do to get me another one just like it at a lower price. Well Franklin Chevrolet came through and was able to get our interest rate in our ballpark and after only 2 hours at the dealership we were sitting in the financing office signing the paperwork on my new truck. I am so thankful for Franklin Chevrolet and Shayne Harkins for helping make my dream come true with my new Suburban. Everyone at the dealership was beyond friendly and laid back. I explained my situation and explained to him that I need to purchase a car but it would have to be a good use car for work. He fill out the application and explained that he would start working on getting me a car. After taking care of the necessary paper work in order for me to purchase a car. I went back to see Mr. Harkins and he carefully reviewed everything and stated he would have a car for me that day. He stated that he would call me after lunch. I waited for his call and 4:00 pm I got a call. He explained that he had everything approved and he had got me in a new car instead of a use one. I was very happy with his help and he is a great salesman. I have enjoyed the experience with the company and look forward to begin apart of the Franklin family along time.
