It took over 3 hrs to complete my vehicle purchase - which was entirely too long considering they did not appear to be busy. Additionally, during our test drive we noticed ants in the back seat. We were assured that it would be handled. However, after the purchase was complete they were still there and the salesman said we would have to keep vacuuming. It’s 2 days later and the ants are everywhere! I was a little disappointed that more was not done. Now we are left trying to figure out how to handle the ants in or nice, new car😒 Also, when we were given the keys one of them wouldn’t work and he just told me to go buy a battery. I was again disappointed they couldn’t fix that for me- afterall I did just purchase a vehicle from them. Overall- everyone was pleasant...I just got the impression my salesman was not willing to go the extra mile for me as a customer. More
Normal vehicle maintenance and wash I made an appointment for my truck to have it’s normal maintenance and get a wash after 5,000 miles. This appointment was on a wednesday. When I arrived to pick up my truck it was not cleaned and it was probably a miscommunication which is fine so I just brought it back the next day to be detailed. When I came to pick it up the next day their were water spots, streaks, and bugs on my truck. Not to mention there was dust on my dash meaning whoever detailed it did not even bother to run a rag across it. In my eyes this person isn’t taking their job very serious. I’m not mad about it this time. I finished the cleaning when I got home. The next time I take my vehicle to be cleaned and I get this kind of service again, I will bring it back to be done again. When I got the vehicle I paid for a product. I expect that product to be up-to-par. More

Poor customer service from D. Jones Paperwork was wrong!! I was told by Cole that I was going to get a check for my inconvenience at the GM's directive. Darrell Jones took that back. I've spent 4 hours trying to get tags and because the paperwork was not right, I still don't have my tags. I was also promised touch up paint (yes, documented) within 2 weeks. Well we are going on a month now and I still do not have any paint as promised. I've requested the GM's name and email address and NOBODY at the dealership can provide me with that information. Having worked in the accounting office at a dealership, I know that everyone knows the GM's email and contact information. I went there because it got RAVE reviews, the customer service AFTER the sale was extremely poor. To be told I'm getting something for my inconvenience and then to be told no I'm not getting it 4 hours later is wrong no matter which way you look at it. I'll not recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give ZERO stars for the way Mr. Jones spoke to me and treated me, I would. More
