Went for Service, Bought a New One! On Aug. 19, I took our 2012 Sienna in for regular service. Saw Chris Stewart who sold us that Sienna and asked him who was responsible for sending an On Aug. 19, I took our 2012 Sienna in for regular service. Saw Chris Stewart who sold us that Sienna and asked him who was responsible for sending an email about buying our Sienna. He said it was probably Dan Hicks. Chris asked if we were interested in trading or selling it and I told him we might if the offer was right!. He brought Dan back to talk to me. They had the Sienna that my husband and I had looked at online after reading the email. Dan and I took it for a test drive. Chris and Dan were very patient with me as I tried to contact my husband and to make up my mind! When the offer was one I could accept, Dan was patient in completing all the paperwork. Chris went over the main features of the vehicle. After the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go, Chris even helped me move my belongings from the old van to the new one, and he set up the Bluetooth for me. We are enjoying the van very much! More

Excellent Service I had many cars serviced at many dealers over the years and this is the best by far that I have ever seen. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer coupons on line for most every type of service. Their system for entry, staging, write up, waiting and paying is outstanding, very efficient, very friendly and very fast. They offer shuttle service, and the waiting room has large comfortable chairs, big screen tv, wi-fi, computers, donuts, drinks, coffee, cookies, and fruit, all free. I did not buy my car there, but I was treated like a preferred customer. I will buy there for sure next time. More

First 2 times were great... then there was today I first went to Frankfort toyota in January when I purchased our van. The experience was wonderful and we were very satisfied. I then went back about 3 months later for a routine service maintenance. We were able to get a shuttle ride to go grab breakfast and then our vehicle was ready waiting on us when we returned. Again, wonderful experience. Here I am, about 3 months later. I made an appt for today to get my car routinely serviced again at 230. I called ahead of time to double check what all of the service included this visit. I spoke to beth (?). I asked about warranty since last time I did not pay for the service. She informed me that I did not have warranty on it but that the first 4 maintenance visits were free- 2 tire rotations and 2 tire rotation/oil changes. I then confirmed my appt time. I arrived about 5 minutes late and checked in. The worker asked if I had warranty, I said "no, i'm not sure what it is I have". She said ok and told me the estimate- same thing as before. I then went to the waiting room. I was previously told my appt would only take about 30 minutes. I sat in the waiting room until 330 when I got up to ask how much longer it would be. After I said I had been there "about an hour" It was corrected to "50 minutes" by the worker who called to check the status and said my car was finished and they were finishing up paperwork in the back. I went back into the waiting room and sat for about 10 more minutes. When they came to get me my van was waiting. I went to the checkout and was charged for the visit even though I was told prevously I wouldnt be. I mentioned this to the worker, who, rather rudely said "well I asked if you had any kind of warranty and you said no". I told her I had spoken to beth and she said "well thats why I asked if you had any warranty". I paid for the visit and drove off...only to find that my "maintenance required" lights had not been reset. I turned around and went back thru. The same worker told me that I had to reset these manually. I've never had to do this before and had no idea how. She showed me how. Overall, I am not happy with today's visit and would not recommend. It is disappointing, because my husband is going to be looking to purchase a new toyota truck in the next couple months, we had our mind set on frankfort toyota but I really do feel we need to consider other dealerships. I expect consistency and I did not receive that today. I really do not think I will make the 30 minute drive back next time (I live in lawrenceburg near the BG parkway). I can have my vehicle serviced somewhere closer with consistent customer service. More
