Oil Change Visit I took my Rav 4 into Toyota of Frankfort for an oil change and tire rotation. I was met as I drove into the service area and registered quickly. So confused by the treatment I just received in service depa Took in for simple oil change. Possibly something stuck in front wheel well. Told tires were rubbing because of being oversized. All tires and service have been recommended by staff at this dealership. This has been determined after purchasing 2 sets of tires from them. Need to go back and get the remainder of service originally requested that was not done. More

Just not right They finally responded to the feedback I left on there Facebook page. Their response was crazy. I don’t understand how you give a customer a paper saying everything is good with their vehicle knowing they never checked. They should have said disregard the back side of your receipt, we didn’t check anything. Just sad a company that is to be so reliable has a service department that is so terrible !! More
Rav4 10,000 mile check we're old and set in our ways we expect that things will be where we leave them when we arrived we were instructed to leave the key in the vehicle we're old and set in our ways we expect that things will be where we leave them when we arrived we were instructed to leave the key in the vehicle we placed the key in the forward cup holder in the console when we received our vehicle after service the key was not where we left it the driver's seat position was far forward that was not the position it was in when we left it we returned the driver seat to the position it was in when we arrived after we drove away we had to return to get help to locate the key we finally located the key in the passenger seat the display said that we needed to do maintenance we had just done the maintenance and the display was not reset we reset the display to clear data the waiting area had an air quality a problem we could smell the hydrocarbons in the air both of us could feel the chemicals in our eyes thankfully the time to conduct the maintenance was reasonable we were very glad to get our vehicle back it would have been nice to have vacuumed the floors a real plus would have been if the windows had been cleaned More

Good other than lights on dashboard coming on The lights on my dashboard came on following my service. Still not 100% sure if the issue is fixed. Mr Case stated it was my o2 sensor.
