Mr. Wright, per our response that we left a month ago on our facebook page. Frankfort Toyota takes our reviews to heart. They let us know if we are exceeding or falling short of expectations. As such, we sincerely apologize for your disappointment during your visit. For frame inspections, we do not perform an MPI as we are only checking for the condition of your vehicle’s frame. However, MPI is a required field within our software and as such, the field must be checked in order to close-out the repair order. Our processes have been reviewed and modified for inspections, particularly those involving frame campaigns, so that they are clearer and will eliminate any misunderstandings or miscommunication in the future. We appreciate you coming to our dealership and thank you for your feedback regarding this issue.
