Terrible Service Multiple times I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Every single time I’ve gone back HOURS later to pick it Multiple times I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Every single time I’ve gone back HOURS later to pick it up only to be told it’s not ready. When I ask how that’s possible since I dropped it off hours ago they tell me that since I drop off instead of waiting with the vehicle they take people waiting before me. So, basically having an appointment means nothing and having to work instead of sitting and waiting for an hour on my vehicle means I’m less important of a customer. I will never be back! More

Frankfort versus Louisville We are new to the area and live roughly equidistance between Frankfort and Louisville. My Tacoma was due to have oil change. Just because I go to Louisville so often, I decided to give Frankfort Toyota a try. Very pleased with the choice! They were thorough, extremely polite, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Service was done quickly with fruit, coffee, Danish, and water in the waiting area. I will be giving all of my Toyota service needs and potential new purchases to Frankfort Toyota. More
