Recent oil change in August at Toyota (Frankfort) advised us the brake pads needed to be replaced. This still had not been done and was honestly expecting to be told the same thing again at the October visit us the brake pads needed to be replaced. This still had not been done and was honestly expecting to be told the same thing again at the October visit to the same Toyota (Frankfort), but NOTHING was marked or mentioned on the visit as to needing the brake pads replaced. Matter of fact, we asked when paying for the recent service how the "brake pads" checked out and was told "everything is in the green, so you are all good"!!! We know the brake pads did not fix themselves, so did they really need replaced in August or was Toyota (Frankfort) trying to boost their bottom dollar in August??? Also, a chat email was sent prior to the October visit inquiring about any specials or coupons for oil changes and that email still has NOT been responded to, even a week later!!! Hmmm, so I guess there wasn't any. . . especially since I did find out Toyota Frankfort does NOT honor other Toyota dealerships or competitor's coupons. Not sure of the issue(s) at Toyota (Frankfort), but they need to "up their game", if they want to keep "local" business. More
