We visited Frankfort Toyota recently and talked to Hunter Burns about ordering a 2022 Rav4 Prime Hybrid. Hunter was very helpful, we took a test drive in a similar model (no Prime models in stock) and dec Burns about ordering a 2022 Rav4 Prime Hybrid. Hunter was very helpful, we took a test drive in a similar model (no Prime models in stock) and decided to place an order. Apparently the Toyota process is for ordering does not have lots of feed back from Toyota but Hunter guided us through what was going to happen. Hunter was knowledgable about the Rav4 and and the Toyota ordering process. He was not pushy and did not rush our visit. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Now we just have to wait for Toyota to respond to our order which normally does not happen until the first of the month following when you placed the order. Fingers crossed. I don't see Hunter's name in the list in this review but he was certainly 5 stars. The dealership seemed to be observing reasonable COVID safety precautions and all of the staff we saw, including Hunter, wore masks. We also wore masks. Mark and Terry More
