Nice people to deal with. While other Kentucky dealers wanted to charge an extra $10K 'market adjustment' for a Rav4 Prime XSE, this dealer only charged a $2500 markup. They also thoughtfully filled out much of the paperwork before we got there, which saved time. Still had to endure the sales pitch for extended warranties, tire replacement plans, etc. but they were nice about it and not pushy. I would definitely from them again. More

I live right in Frankfort and when I test drove each vehicle I drove it right into my own garage to look it over. I'm sure many dealers and sales people would have given up on me over that length of time. But Billy patiently contacted me each time a vehicle I might be interested came to the lot. After I drove it, there was no pressure to buy. Hi simply asked if I thought that would work. When I said no, he accepted that and kept his eye open for another one for me to look at in the future. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Honda Civic EX that met all my needs. Frankfort Toyota says they don't keep anything on there lot they aren't proud to sell. No "back row" cars or mechanics specials. If it's on their lot, its ready to go, and I believe that. You might find a lower price, but it will also be a lesser vehicle, in my opinion. Great experience, I'll be back! More
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They provided such great customer service last time when purchasing a RAV4 for my wife that I knew when it was time to replace my 4Runner dealership. They provided such great customer service last time when purchasing a RAV4 for my wife that I knew when it was time to replace my 4Runner this would be the first place I visit. From the moment I started working with David I felt good about him and the dealership. He went over what vehicles they had coming in on allocation and I decided on one and the process was easy. They offered what I felt was a very fair deal on my trade and the price on the new 4Runner. While waiting for my 4Runner to be delivered I actually changed my mind on which trim and David said no problem and worked with me on switching my purchase vehicle. Had one point I had another dealership reach out to me while I was waiting for mine to be delivered, they said they could beat my current deal so I decided to hear them out. When I got there I told them what I was trading and purchasing but didn’t show them my deal from David, at this point they played the “let me run it by my manager a few times” which I never experienced at Frankfort by the way, and they still were not even close on price to the deal I had from David, also the feel of the dealership was all wrong, it didn’t have the cozy home town feel that Frankfort had. I left that dealership without going back and forth with them and knew I made the right decision on sticking with David. David kept me informed on the status of my vehicle without me having to ask, and was very easy to work with. I look forward to working with everyone at Frankfort again on my next purchase. More
