I had a great experience at Glenn Toyota of Frankfort, Ky. From the very start when I entered the door at Glenn Toyota I was greeted by two or three friendly staff. The staff stayed in contact with me thr Ky. From the very start when I entered the door at Glenn Toyota I was greeted by two or three friendly staff. The staff stayed in contact with me throught cell phone and e-mail to let me know updates on what I was looking for in a truck. I wanted a truck that they did not have but they worked with other dealerships to get the vehicle I wanted and ever step of the way they informed me as to what was going on. Once my truck came in they came to my house and picked me up and I drove the vehicle back to the dealership to finalize the purchase. My Xzilon experience, I purchased the Xzilon paint protector when I bought my truck 2 days later I had the dealership put it on my vehicle the very next day I went to work and when I got ready to leave from work I found some bird feces on my front bumper. Once I got home a took a wet rag and wipped it off, but I noticed that it made a place in my paint. So the next day I went up to Glenn Toyota and Mr. Chris Stewart greeted me and asked how my truck was doing I told him about the feces and he immediately had me pull around to the service department where they buffed out the stain and the re-Xziloned my front bumper. Then the General Manager Eric Clark came to talk to me about what all the service department did to take care of the problem and he wanted me to inspect the truck to make sure that I was satisfied. The truck looked like nothing had happened. Great job!! If you are looking for a Toyota Tundra I recommend Glenn Toyota!!!!! More
Pros: They are very respectfully while purchasing a vehicle from them. CONS: They will lie to you about maintenance performed on the vehicle and refuse to fix it. I bought a vehicle from them and was told the oil had just been changed, 100 miles later my change oil indicator light came on. I called the dealership to complain about it and got in a YELLING matchup with the manager. This dealership is nice to you until you sign the paperwork and then treats the customer like crap. They also tried to place taxes on my paperwork after I told them I was tax exempt. While going over the sales contract, Danny tried to pass over the sales tax portion extremely fast in hopes that I wouldn't notice the dealership added an extra $750 to my total. What started off as a great shopping experience has turned int a nightmare because the dealer lied and tried to maximize their profits instead of treating the customer right. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!! More

So I called and spoke to Elvis(salesman) I told him what I was looking for, how much I could spend, how much I could pay down by phone on Friday night. On Saturday afternoon (today) I stopped in saw the choices(all what I asked for, nothng more) Picked the vehicle I wanted, signed the paperwork and drove my new car home. How simply is that!
