I went to Glenn Toyota for a new 2011 4Runner. Salesman Chris Stewart greeted me as if he was greeting me into his home. All the employees at the dealership were kind and courteous. My salesman even held an umbrella for me so I wouldn't get wet when I returned to pick up the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and before I left, he went above and beyond to show me how to operate it. I have never owned a large vehicle such as this before and had no knowledge of how to operate it. He took his time to show me how and I was so very appreciative of that. He wanted me to feel comfortable driving it off the lot. He even gave me a call at the end of the day to see if I had any questions and how I was doing. I cannot say enough about this dealership and salesman Chris Stewart. I purchased my 2007 Camry at Glenn Toyota 5 years ago and now the 2011 4Runner today.
