6th car I've bought from them. Always a good experience. Great price, great financing and an excellent service department. I build the campy in Georgetown, Ky and everyone I work buys from Glenn. This is the second car that I have bought here. Both times dealing with the salesmen were very pleasant experiences. Bill and Dwight were both very knowledgeable & helpful in answering questions. They were very willing to sell me a car that I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. I researched other cars and other dealersips and found that Glenn Toyota offered not only the best selection but the best prices. I have always had really good service on my previous car and anticipate the same with this one. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very friendly and gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed on my car. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. While I was buying my car a guy actually came in from Florida to buy a truck because their price was so good. Today I just bought a used Highlander from Glenn Toyota. The reason I am writing this review is this was by far the most pleasant quickest car buying experience I have ever had. A good friend of mine recommended I go to Glenn Toyota because of how well he is always treated there, along with the great deals offered. I thought yeah right, thinking all dealerships are the same. So I called and spoke to Elvis(salesman) I told him what I was looking for, how much I could spend, how much I could pay down by phone on Friday night. On Saturday afternoon (today) I stopped in saw the choices(all what I asked for, nothng more) Picked the vehicle I wanted, signed the paperwork and drove my new car home. How simply is that! After having dealt with the guys on Nicholasville Road and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck, one more try. I was amazed that this dealer understood that since I had NEVER owned a Toyota, if this experience went "South", I might never again consider this maufacturer. I am more than glad I tried once more and the vehicle made me glad I persisted in trading for a Camry, now I do understand why so many have made the change to Toyota from GM, Ford and Chrysler. More
