My husband and I were looking to buy a car. We were literally looking at 9 and 10 year old models as well as new. Rich Hale was so patient with us as we test drove about everything on the lot. He was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. The deal was so easy that it made making a decision much easier for us. I think most people would agree that buying a car can sometimes be intimidating and the sales people are often pushy. Our experience at Glenn was just the opposite. We felt very comfortable the entire time we were there, and we felt like Rich and Chris really took care of us. We got a great deal on an older model Camry, and we could not be happier. The building is nice, it is clean and the people that work there are just like the Toyota brad... quality. With my experience with them, I didn't have anyone feeding me a bunch of garbage and then force you to come inside and sign a few papers super fast so they (the sales rep. or dealer) can make "another sale." Glenn Toyota will treat you with respect and they really care about you and your needs. They won't force you or grill you to pick a car and buy it... they gave me all the time I needed (several days) to figure out what I wanted. (3) the sales representative (Chris Stewart) was great. He was genuinely kind, he got me the information I needed so I could make a decision on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and all the vehicles they carry, and was very helpful in finding me the car that I wanted. He made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable and gave me all the confidence in the world to purchase my new Toyota Camry.
