We recently purchased a new Toyota Camry here. We had decided to look at Ford Fusion, Hyundia Sonata, Nissen and Toyota Camry. We were upfront on what we were doing with our salesperson, Kasi House. The Hyundia and Nissan had restricted visibility thru the review mirror, and the Ford Fusion is manufactured in Mexico. So we decided on the Toyota Camry that is manufacture here in KY- American made. We know that a Toyota is one of the best quality cars available having owed several in the past. I was pleased with the trade-in price we received- I had established a base price using "Blue Book" pricing. Our sales person. Kasi House, did not put any pressure on us to buy- even when we told her we were going to look at other dealers. She was very knowledgable in the features of the car(s) we were looking at. And, when she did not know some off the wall technical question I was asking instead of blowing me off she went and found the answer. I was looking at cars online when I found Glenns Toyota. My husband and I came to Frankfort to look at a car that was being advertised (a demo). Willie said that he would be willing to find us a car that met that description. Truly appreciated Willie's effort and determination to find exactly what I was wanting and not pushing us to purchase the vehicle that was on the lot. Customer satisfaction must be Willie's top priority. I love my red toyota camry with leather seats and a sunroof. My 14 year old daughter has already asked if she can have it when she turns 16. I'm not for sure about that idea at the moment. We may just have to purchase another Toyota Camry in a couple of years. More
