I went to Glenn Toyota for a new 2011 4Runner. Salesman Chris Stewart greeted me as if he was greeting me into his home. All the employees at the dealership were kind and courteous. My salesman even held Chris Stewart greeted me as if he was greeting me into his home. All the employees at the dealership were kind and courteous. My salesman even held an umbrella for me so I wouldn't get wet when I returned to pick up the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and before I left, he went above and beyond to show me how to operate it. I have never owned a large vehicle such as this before and had no knowledge of how to operate it. He took his time to show me how and I was so very appreciative of that. He wanted me to feel comfortable driving it off the lot. He even gave me a call at the end of the day to see if I had any questions and how I was doing. I cannot say enough about this dealership and salesman Chris Stewart. I purchased my 2007 Camry at Glenn Toyota 5 years ago and now the 2011 4Runner today. I went to Glenn Toyota this weekend to find a new Camry SE and trade in my 2003 4Runner. Upon arrival, Chris greeted me and asked if he could be of assistance. I informed him of what kind of car I was looking for and he promptly brought a car around for me to look at. He ended up bringing me three different Camry's to see and told me what their differences and similarties. Once I decided on which one I wanted, Chris worked diligently with the Sales Manager, Elvis, to get me the best deal on the Camry and best trade in value for my 4Runner they could find. Once we agreed on the trade, Chris walked me through all the safety features and Toyota Care program. Chris was very thorough in explaining everything and answered all my questions. Glenn Toyota will be the only place I will buy cars from in the future and I will definitely recommend Glenn Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More
