I would recommend Glenn Toyota to ANYONE!! The moment you walk onto the lot, you are greeted with a friendly smile. We had a great experiene with this dealership. The 4 for friendliness is because we were there a couple of days before and no one came out to, at least, say they would get to us when they could. Mr. Willard came out to assist us and was extremely patient in working with my daughter (for whom I was purchasing the car), who could not get over her intense dislike of the color of the car we felt would be perfect for her. Mr. Willard and the sales manager both offered modifications (such as window tinting, a side stripe, etc.) that they would make to the car to make it look more sporty. Mr. Willard and the finance manager were also patient with me in exploring finance options that would hold my monthly payment down. I particularly mentioned their patience because we deliberated and consulted with family members for over three hours and finalized the purchase well beyond the dealership's closing time. Yet we never felt pushed or rushed. We are also pleased with the follow-up and follow-through after the sale. I sensed that Mr. Willard was sincerely concerned with our satisfaction, and also that the dealership honored their commitments. More

I went in to look at advertised sale vehicles. I began looking at a Venza which was not on sale. Chris let me drive it while my car was being serviced. Afterwards, he gave me a price that was comparable t looking at a Venza which was not on sale. Chris let me drive it while my car was being serviced. I was looking online for a new truck tried a couple of local dealers (Cincinnati area)NO REPLY at all. I even filled out a Toyota preauthorization credit app and was approved but the dealer I submited it through didnt even contact me.Then I saw Glenn Toyota's website they had a tacoma I was looking for so I filled out there contact info page submitted it and BAM the next morning I had an Email and a text message from Kasi House so I called her we talked about the truck I told her I wanted it she put me in touch with one of there finance guys within 24hrs he had me financed at a rate I could not believe.(low).I work fulltime so I could not get there to get the truck for about a week (about 100 mile drive) they had no problem with that they held the truck for me.Kasi called or texted me every day mostly text because she didnt want to disturb me at work.(Extremely Nice young lady).Well I finaly made it down their on a Saturday the truck was all cleaned up and ready to go the paperwork and everything probably took about a 1/2 hour to complete.They even put a special coating on my truck (Zylon)they said it normaly takes about 2hrs to coat a vehicle but because I had such a long drive back they put 2 guys on it and I think it took less than an hour.Everybody I spoke to while I was waiting was nice and friendly.So if you need a car go see KASI HOUSE and Glenn Toyota.(THANK YOU KASI) More
