We had narrowed our search to a new Avalon and I was contacting dealerships for price quotes. My quote from David Burnside at Glenn Toyota was better than Lexington or Louisville could offer. When we were looking to replace my husband vehicle I was unemployed so we were on a limited budget and were having a hard time finding anyone to approve us. It was great to find a nice honest salesman who would tell us what he knew and if he didn't know the answer said he would find out for us instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear or just make something up! Everyone at Glenn was professional and willing to work to get the job done no matter what they needed to do. They didn't try to just take our money and shuffle us off the lot. My negotiating skills aren't the greatest, but we still feel like we got a good deal on our vehicle, and we got exactly the vehicle we wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, any day of the week, and not think twice about it. We are happy we did business with Glenn, and we will definitely use them again in the future. Over the years I have bought my fair share of vehicles however, this time was different. My SUV had been totaled and I needed to find a relacement. My mother had just passed away and I was really in no m however, this time was different. My SUV had been totaled and I needed to find a relacement. My mother had just passed away and I was really in no mood to shop for a car. Nonetheless, I had to do it. I live in Lexington and had been to several dealerships and none could hold a candle to my experience with Willie Willard. I told Willie the cash amount I had to work with and that I wanted better gas mileage than the SUV was getting. I also needed a car that had superior seating due back problems. I relayed all of this to Willie over the phone and he assured me he would find the right car for me. True to his word. he did. Willie's reputation for knowing what he is doing and doing so in a caring way preceded him. So,I chose to leave it in his hands. I needed someone looking out for me because my thoughts were elsewhere and Willie took care of me. I know my sale was not a big one for Willie however, he cared about my situation and I know this is how he represents Glenn Toyota in every sale, no matter the cost of the car. I never once felt pressured. What I did feel was relief. Relief that I did not have to worry about anything. That is very hard to find in any industry these days and I am thankful for his care. I give a 5 to every category because 5 star service is what I received. I think all the associates at Glenn work together as a team and that is very impressive.
