Over the years I have bought my fair share of vehicles however, this time was different. My SUV had been totaled and I needed to find a relacement. I live in Lexington and had been to several dealerships and none could hold a candle to my experience with Willie Willard. I told Willie the cash amount I had to work with and that I wanted better gas mileage than the SUV was getting. I also needed a car that had superior seating due back problems. I relayed all of this to Willie over the phone and he assured me he would find the right car for me. True to his word. he did. Willie's reputation for knowing what he is doing and doing so in a caring way preceded him. So,I chose to leave it in his hands. I needed someone looking out for me because my thoughts were elsewhere and Willie took care of me. I know my sale was not a big one for Willie however, he cared about my situation and I know this is how he represents Glenn Toyota in every sale, no matter the cost of the car. I never once felt pressured. What I did feel was relief. Relief that I did not have to worry about anything. That is very hard to find in any industry these days and I am thankful for his care. I give a 5 to every category because 5 star service is what I received. I think all the associates at Glenn work together as a team and that is very impressive. I would tell anyone that asks me where to get a car or truck to go straight to Willie and Glenn Toyota. You want the best and that is what I can say, with confidence, you will get! More

We had a great experiene with this dealership. The 4 for friendliness is because we were there a couple of days before and no one came out to, at least, say they would get to us when they could. So we left, but decided to return a couple of days later. The second visit was superb. Mr. Willard came out to assist us and was extremely patient in working with my daughter (for whom I was purchasing the car), who could not get over her intense dislike of the color of the car we felt would be perfect for her. Mr. Willard and the sales manager both offered modifications (such as window tinting, a side stripe, etc.) that they would make to the car to make it look more sporty. Mr. Willard and the finance manager were also patient with me in exploring finance options that would hold my monthly payment down. I particularly mentioned their patience because we deliberated and consulted with family members for over three hours and finalized the purchase well beyond the dealership's closing time. Yet we never felt pushed or rushed. We are also pleased with the follow-up and follow-through after the sale. I sensed that Mr. Willard was sincerely concerned with our satisfaction, and also that the dealership honored their commitments. More

I went in to look at advertised sale vehicles. I began looking at a Venza which was not on sale. Chris let me drive it while my car was being serviced. Afterwards, he gave me a price that was comparable t looking at a Venza which was not on sale. Chris let me drive it while my car was being serviced. I saved so much I was able to buy an extended warranty, as I drive about 30-35000 miles per year. More
