He was very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable on Toyotas and had patience with us as we tried to select the car to purchase. They had a good selection of vehicles to pick from so we could see exactly what we liked. As we were making our selection and negotiating the deal, the owner, Mike, took his time to come in several times to talk with us and see how it was going. Mike too was a pleasure to be around and he made us feel very comfortable. The bottom line is that we were VERY pleased with everything about about this dealership and were very pleased with our deal.
