Tommy was very helpful and knolwedgeable aboutt the car I was looking at. I appreciated that he listend to me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or was out of my price range. I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma extended cab 4X4 that I have owned since 9/30/2000 (one owner - me!) It was recalled for rust on the frame in late November of 2011 and it flunked the inspection. Toyota USA is buying it back at 1.5 times Blue Book Value and this will be finalized on 12/30/2011 at Glenn Toyota. I called Glenn and talked to Chris Stewart telling him that I was planning on driving my Tacoma for another 10 years. I had taken careful care of it. I am a professional archaeologist and sometimes use it for fieldwork, as well as using it on our small farm on the southwestern edge of the bluegrass. Each year for a decade, it has pulled loaded haywagons up hills on our place, and been used to haul everything you can imagine on a farm. It has performed so well. I was heartbroken at losing it. I told Chris that I essentially needed to replace it. He told me it would be tough to replace but he would look aggressively for something I could afford that was comparable. Less than a half hour later, he called me back and told me there was a trade-in vehicle that had just arrived that would possibly fit the bill. I left work and went to Glenn. Chris and the Used Vehicle Manager stayed until AFTER closing time so my husband could come and see the vehicle as well. We negotiated a sale and I am totally pleased with the outcome. I was particularly impressed since they told me that any trade in vehicle is immediately examined for possible issues and if it doesn't measure up they do not keep it on their lot - they sell it to others to sell. I took the vehicle to an independant garage, whose mechanics always work on our vehicles, and they also were very impressed with the quality. These guys shoot straight - no games. I have already recommended them to my co-workers in Louisville, and to friends in the Danville and Harrodsburg area. Thanks, Chris! More
Kasi was so polite, sweet and welcoming when we came to purchase my new car. She went through everything thoroughly. It was hard to concentrate with all the excitment. She apologized for the office space with the remodeling going on. She even pulled my car in the garage to keep it out of the rain when we arrived. She went through everything in the car to help familiarize myself with everything. I loved working with a female car dealer. So often women feel taken advantage of or belittled by male car salesman so it was awesome to work with a female. Great asset to the dealership for sure!! We chose Glenn because of her. We shopped around several places and all the "men" we worked with were simply not willing to negotiate or could not meet everything that I wanted on the car even though we paid CASH! Kasi got us everything AND for a cheaper price. We will be conducting future purchases at Glenn and will definitly reccomend to all my friends. Thanks for being awesome! More
Paul demonstrated great follow-up and worked hard to put together a deal that worked for me. The only bad experience I have had was the Etune expert has still not got ton back and my system is still not fun together a deal that worked for me. She was very friendly and eager to help me find the exact car that I was looking for. She never doubted that I was capable of purchasing my car which had been an issue at the previous dealerships. Many other sales personnel were unsure that I was able to buy a car due to age. Throughout the car buying experience, Kasi was more than helpful and has been even after I have had my car for a week now. Kasi is a very friendly and efficient sales person. She always worked to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service. I have recommended Kasi at Glenn Toyota to everyone I know. I was looking for a first car for our daughter. I had called and worked with several dealerships but Paul Edwards at Glenn Toyota was very forthright and no-nonsense in his approach. We negotiated a fair price and Paul made it a fairly painless process. We wanted to surprise our daughter with her new car. This is where I feel Paul went way above what is normally expected of a salesperson. After we worked out the details of how to surprise our daughter, Paul made sure no detail was left out. From ensuring the car was spotless to playing a superb acting role, Paul was just fantastic. We received a thank you note about a week after the sale and then a follow up call to ensure we were happy with everything. Good sales experience, fair price and nice follow up. Overall a very customer focused dealership! More
We actually went to Glenn Toyota just to have our Hilander serviced yesterday. The Hilander is still there as it needed quite a bit of work, but last night we drove a new 2010 Lexus into our garage! We had been planning to buy a new car and knew we wanted some type of Toyota product. After we left our Hilander we drove around the lot "just to look" and spotted a beautiful gently used Lexus. Tommy Ray came out to talk to us and within a few hours (with little or no pressure from Tommy) we were thrilled to own a new car! Conditions were not ideal as it was a very rainy day and the sales staff is working out of temporary buildings because of major remodeling. Probably because of that (the temp. buildings) it took a long time to do the paperwork. Everyone was very cheerful despite the adverse working conditions and we had as pleasant a buying experience as one could have under the circumstances. We enjoyed working with Tommy and think we got a very fair deal. We would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone shopping for a car. More

When my daughter and I arrived it was Mr. Waller who took care of the test drive and after choosing the Carolla he took care of John over the phone.
