My initial contact was with Mr. Scott (Elvis) Davis via a web inquiry about a 2011 Avalon. My schedule changed and I called Mr. Davis requesting an earlier appointment, doing basically a drive by even changing the exact car we had previously discussed. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted at the door. Mr. Davis’ professionalism and courtesy was welcoming to say the least. Unknown to me, Mr. Davis was the sales manager and he introduced me to my salesman Mr. Robert Waller. I cannot say enough about Robert and his commitment to ensuring that I got the vehicle of my choice and was satisfied that I had purchased from the right dealership.
