He answered every question I had about the car I was considering; if he didn’t know the answer, he would say so and find the answer from someone who did. And, he went to every length possible to find me exactly the car that I wanted while also getting the best price possible for me. The xxI guy, Bill, was equally informative, but also was respectful and laid-back about selling products. He informed me of the products and services the dealership could offer, why he thought they were a useful, and made the best price he could. There was no B.S. or pushiness. We bought our first Toyota in 1988 from Frankfort Toyota and have been customers of Glenn Toyota since they opened so I think that speaks for itself ! We just bought a 2012 brand new Camry from Glenn Toyot and have been customers of Glenn Toyota since they opened so I think that speaks for itself ! We just bought a 2012 brand new Camry from Glenn Toyota and John Senter was our salesman. He was so kind and professional and is now our "new" Toyota friend. I looked at the 2012 Camry on Glenn's website and looked at it yesterday after an oil change in my 97 camry. John Senter came out to talk to me and I drove the car home later that night. We have been Toyota owners for 24 years so we did not need to be sold on them. All we needed was to agree on the price and that happened right away. We really appreciate John's help and we are very happy with our new Toyota. Oh, and just one more thing....we traded in our 1992 Camry that had over 328,000 miles and is still running. It had 60,000 miles when we bought it in 1994.....felt like giving up a family member, but it was time to be updated.
