I purchased my first Toyota product from Glenn Toyota in 2005. At that time, I purchased a 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4-door 4WD. The Sales Representative that assisted me at that time was Paul Edwards. Paul is 2005. At that time, I purchased a 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4-door 4WD. The Sales Representative that assisted me at that time was Paul Edwards. Paul is one of the most congenial and helpful individuals I have ever met or dealt with in sales. After my effortless purchase of the 2005 Tacoma, I decided to have all my service/maintenance done at Glenn Toyota even though I live in Elizabethtown, KY, a 1 1/2 hour drive away. I am certainly glad I made that decision -- every single time I brought my 05 Tacoma in for service or maintenance, I received the "Royal Family" treatment. The representatives in the Service Department really made me and my family feel like Royalty and the service was excellent and timely. On March 10, 2012, I contacted Glenn Toyota and specifically asked to speak with Paul Edwards. I told Paul I was coming to Frankort to see about buying another new Tacoma and was enroute. When I pulled onto the lot at Glenn Toyota, Paul walked out to my vehicle to greet me and my family. I was extremely impressed by this. Paul immediately began working with us on purchasing a 2012 Tacoma. Even when we ran into a minor snag with financing, Paul worked diligently to help overcome this minor setback. Although it took several hours for the entire process (which is understandable), I was placed in the new vehicle and on my way home in my new Tacoma; and with a full tank of gas -- totally unheard of in these times at most every other dealership. I am thoroughly pleased with every aspect of the Glenn Toyota Dealership and staff; especially Paul Edwards, a significantly valuable asset to Glenn Toyota and highly deserving of a generous bonus for a job well done. We called Glenn Toyota prior to our visit to see what they had available as far as deals/financing and terms before going to look at new cars. We were impressed with the attention and detail we were give they had available as far as deals/financing and terms before going to look at new cars. We were impressed with the attention and detail we were given over the phone as well as the incentives they were offering. When we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by David who attended to our every need with efficiency. We looked at several Sienna vans with various trim lines. Once we selected the van trim line we went in to discuss price. They were able to give us a good deal on our trade-in and give us an additional sale price due to some hail damage. We were able to negotiate our downpayment and final cost of the van. On the next buisness day we returned to pick up our van. The hail damage had been removed and a minor electrical problem was fixed without any hassel. We left that afternoon with a new van. Our experience was incredible & we would definitley do buisness with Glenn Toyota again! Thank you David and Jerry for your impecable service to our family! More

I would recommend the dealership only because of your other salespeople and their wonderful attitudes. If "Elvis" were the only salesperson I would not step foot into it. He is rude and treats you like a other salespeople and their wonderful attitudes. If "Elvis" were the only salesperson I would not step foot into it. He is rude and treats you like a child. He is brash and if you are a woman then prepared to be treated like you have no idea what you are talking about or that you even have a brain in your head. I walked in with downpayment in hand and a great trade in. He tried to rip me off then threw my original keys back at me when I refused his deal. He acted like a two year old. He made me extremely angry, had it not been for another salesperson I would have ended my relationship with this dealership completely. (I had purchased a previous vehicle from them) More
