We came to Glenn Toyota to purchase a new Tacoma. We had been to several other dealerships but found just what we wanted at Glenn Toyota. We were very fortunate to have Brian Thompson as our sales associat been to several other dealerships but found just what we wanted at Glenn Toyota. We were very fortunate to have Brian Thompson as our sales associate. He was very helpful and made buying a new car a pleasure. All the staff at Glenn were very helpful and gave us a good deal on our trade in and worked with us to get out payment in the range we were comfortable with. Brian, along with all the other associates that we spoke to while there, made us feel very welcome and answered any questions that we had. Also, when we had to bring the truck back for a concern we were having, they were super nice and I even had my nails done while we waited! What great customer service! We would definitely suggest Glenn Toyota for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Oh, I will bring more chocolate chip cookies for you all whenever we come back!!! Great used car purchase experience. This was a long distance deal as we reside over 300 miles away from the dealership. All of the paperwork was in order and he even mailed us the maintenance history afterwards as it was misplaced when the vehicle was picked up. I originally drove a Kia Forte from a dealer thinking it was slightly above the price I wanted to spend only to find out after the test drive that it was significantly above my maximum price. I had never thought of buying a Kia Forte before that test drive, but then I loved it and couldn't afford it. After shopping around for a vehicle for several weeks, I found this Kia Forte within my price range and with very low miles. I automatically assumed there was something wrong with it, but after looking at the Car Fax and having other people look at it numerous times, I finally contacted John at Glenn Toyota. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, including doing a front-end alignment before I left the lot and calling and making an appointment with a Kia dealership to have the clock and sensor fixed. John also has emailed several times to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and was satisfied with the work I had done through the Kia dealership. I would strongly recommend Glenn Toyota in the future and am very pleased with my purchase as well as the customer service I received. More
