We were very happy that this dealership had the Habanero (bright orange) Prius in the the model that we wanted. We had already drove a prius at another dealership, and we knew we wanted it, but they insisted on charging us extra to get the color we wanted. I'm glad we went to the Glenn dealership because we didn't have to pay anything extra, and we didn't feel pressured to do so. The employees were very nice and informative and we got our bottom line price immediately. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you so much! More
Absolutely unbelievable. I told them I was coming from Louisville to buy a used Venza and had to go to my bank to get a check. When I got there they looked over my car that I was trading in and went throu Louisville to buy a used Venza and had to go to my bank to get a check. Obviously they dont care about the customer. I would not buy a piece of bubble gum from these guys. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE UNCARING INCOMPETENT MORONS!!! More
I was helped by Brian Thompson without feeling pressured. Brian allowed me to look around with following me around but was always near enough to answer my questions. When asked questions about prices he was straight forward with his answers. I am an employee of Toyota Manufacturing, but I was treated as a regular customer. This sale was treated as important as any other sale, if not more important. This was different than what I am used to at a Toyota Dealership. I really enjoyed working with Brian. I will look him up on my next Toyota purchase. I had to come back the next work day to get my paint treated. While waiting, I talked to another salesman about ordering a truck. Even though the salesman knew I was not purchasing anything anytime soon, he took the time to answer all my questions. I am looking forward to my next purchase. The paperwork was handled very quickly. Brian had to stay late to finish the sale but showed zero frustration about this. I have been in sales myself and know many salemen have trouble making the close. Brian broght this sale to close without me ever feeling pressured. I think that Brian has a promising future in sales. After speaking on the phone with a staffperson at the dealership, my wife and I went there to see if we could come to an agreement on the lease of a new 2013 Toyota Sienna with a trade-in on a 2010 Kia S dealership, my wife and I went there to see if we could come to an agreement on the lease of a new 2013 Toyota Sienna with a trade-in on a 2010 Kia Sedona that we were upside-down in. When we arrived we were greeted politely and quickly got to the numbers. There was very little of the 4-square negotiating dance that we're all so used to. Mr. Senter was very good to work with and didn't keep us there any longer than necessary. We reached an agreement that we were pleased with quicker than we ever have with any other vehicle purchase. My wife now has a new Toyota Sienna that she loves and I can say that the experience was as close to pleasant as buying or leasing a vehicle can be. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is need of a good, reliable vehicle who doesn't want the typical hassle. More
We came to Glenn Toyota to purchase a new Tacoma. We had been to several other dealerships but found just what we wanted at Glenn Toyota. We were very fortunate to have Brian Thompson as our sales associate. He was very helpful and made buying a new car a pleasure. All the staff at Glenn were very helpful and gave us a good deal on our trade in and worked with us to get out payment in the range we were comfortable with. Brian, along with all the other associates that we spoke to while there, made us feel very welcome and answered any questions that we had. Also, when we had to bring the truck back for a concern we were having, they were super nice and I even had my nails done while we waited! What great customer service! We would definitely suggest Glenn Toyota for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Oh, I will bring more chocolate chip cookies for you all whenever we come back!!! I could not have been more satisfied with my buying experience at Glenn Toyota. My salesman was John Senter and he was respectful, knowledgeable, responsive and operated with great integrity.
