I had a very good experience with the sales person and the finance person. The Sales Manager (Elvis) angered me with an off the cuff comment about that he had gone as low as he could with the price as he the finance person. I had not had the opportunity to read the instruction manual; so, I opted to call Josh on his mobile for a quick fix to this problem. He answered and advised that he had already left work for the day but was shopping at a store close to our address and offered to come out to help. I declined his offer since I was actually calling from out-of-town rather than our home. But, I certainly appreciated his offer to go above and beyond. We were able to resolve the issue and move on.
