I recently visited Glenn Toyota to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and treated with respect. I had specific parameters to meet for my "dream car" in my budget, and he spent the time to discuss various cars in their inventory with me to try to find a perfect vehicle. We test drove and looked at several cars over about a 2 week period. He continued to follow up with me via text and phone calls, with a genuine level of customer service. Finally, we found a pre-owned Mazda 3 that fit the bill. Eric went above and beyond to help me get a great deal and find my perfect car. He even helped me program my phone to connect to the bluetooth in the car before I left the lot! After the sale, he called to follow up with me to make sure that I was still in love with the car (which I am!) I will definitely be going back to Eric for my next vehicle!
