Best car buying experience ever! I contacted Glenn Toyota of Frankfort via email late in the evening on a Wednesday. I received an email from Judy first thing the next morning. We e I contacted Glenn Toyota of Frankfort via email late in the evening on a Wednesday. I received an email from Judy first thing the next morning. We exchanged emails several times during the day as I was working at the time. Judy asked pertinent questions and responded immediately after determining the vehicle which best suited my needs for the monthly payment I requested. I emailed Judy 2 days later on Saturday to let her know I would be coming later in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived Judy met us and had us pick the vehicle we were interested in. Three hrs later we drove off the lot with my new Corolla! This was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!
