High pressure sales then nasty if looks like you won't buy Was attempting to buy a car, the price was very fair on the dealership's part. David became clearly frustrated and said to the guy who had test drove mine "I just think we are done here". Which was in fact the case, neither he nor I had been rude until this point. Then the gentleman who had driven mine came back over before saying he need to leave to go to Lagrange. He then proceeded to tell me how bad my car was thinking this would insult me I suppose. He then stated I'm not sure if you realize but "it's junk" "do you realize your car is junk"? I stated I really don't care sell it for scrap, like anyone will do that with a car that gets 25 in the city and 40 plus on the highway. I should have know better than to deal with them after receiving multiple text telling me someone else was there to buy the car that I was interested in. Sell it! Why are you bothering me with multiple texts? I have all these save I wish I could post on here. David you and the guy with the brown thing on then end of your nose (I texted David to find out hi name but did not respond) times have changed and when one of you behaves the way you did others will find out. I would stay away from here. I'll be posting this to whomever will listen. Be nice to folks, we didn't have a deal but to try to get a rise out of someone is just bad business. Be careful denying how you behaved, I might just have recorded our conversation which is legal in Ky under KRS 526.010. Found out that the gentleman who advised me that my car was "junk" and should be sold as scrap was Billy Gorth. Billy also stated cars with rebuilt titles are often worth more than those that are not. This is when I should have walked out. More

I have been very pleased with their sales person, service department and dependability of Toyota vehicles during the 15 years that I have been taking my business to them. I will have to say that my new 2014 Toyota RAV4 is my favorite one that I have owned. The improvements on this vehicle are remarkable and I feel more safe on the road. More
