best car buying experience i've ever had this was the simplest, smoothest, buying transition i have ever experienced while buying a car. I've owned 7 new cars in my lifetime and Frankfort toy this was the simplest, smoothest, buying transition i have ever experienced while buying a car. I've owned 7 new cars in my lifetime and Frankfort toyota was by far the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. The buying process started about 4 days before me actually taking possession of the vehicle, with phone conversations. I then had a family member that lives in Frankfort visit the dealership, speak with my salesperson (Sarah Mahmoub) and make them an offer on the vehicle i was interested in. They accepted my offer and sent me an on line credit application to complete, and then receive pre approval of my car loan. I then went to Frankfort Toyota 3 days later, was met at the front door by Sarah, went in the building , was introduced to everyone, toured the facility, was taken to my vehicle in a private area in the back of the dealership, had a thorough tutorial explaining all the "bells & whistles" of the 4 runner, drove it, was taken back to Sarah's station, and then was signing my paperwork without any complications'. Love my vehicle, Loved my experience with the purchase. The BEST! More
