Sales did support my efforts to complete online forms. Toyota needs to correct bugs in online forms. Aftermarket items are over priced and trade allowance was low but I guess that's to be expected. Greg Woods made the possibility of me getting the car I so wanted from start to finish. I found the car on cars.com and Greg was the person I talked with and he explained the procedure and made it all happ so wanted from start to finish. He contacted us when the car arrived at the dealership adze made the trip to Frankfort where Greg greeted us. The process the wonderful. Especially the Greg sat in the car with me and explained all the car’s equipment AND installed for me the audio multi system which I so appreciated since at my age I am technology challenged.
