Never once did I feel overly pressured to purchase a car from this dealership. Instead, I felt like I was well-informed and encouraged to make a knowledgable decision, based on what was best for my family and I. Ashleigh Hudson was an amazing sales person! She let me test drive multiple vehicles, while giving me the scoop on what each car had to offer and what the dealership could offer, for me. She was really, very friendly and patient (we had our 4 year old daughter with us, throughout the entire process, and Ashleigh and the dealership were very accomodating for us and her). On top of it all, she got us through all of the paperwork and it never once felt like we were there for very long. Overall, it was a very painless process! Dana Arnold was who we spoke to, in Finance, and he was also extremely nice, knowledgable and helpful! He got me in a new car, with a 7 year warranty and gap coverage, among other things! The pricing at this dealership is, seriously, the best- from Lexington to Frankfort and back! I will HIGHLY reccommend this dealership, Ashleigh and Dana, to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota vehicle! More

Then we were met by a bright faced salesperson, Ashleigh Hudson, whose sweet and enthusiastic nature managed to change my mind. She assisted us with our test drive and the entire purchasing process. She was nice, apologetic, and understanding as we were her first Toyota customers. My sales rep was Greg Woods and he was just outstanding. I felt like I was the only one buying a car, no pressure (which I liked). Answered all my questions and I felt he was genuinely honest. I felt like I got a good deal. When I got back to work, he had already called and set up my insurance so I did not have to do that myself (loved that). I took my car back this morning to have the coating put on, Mr Woods was waiting for me. Very attentive. Just an excellent experience. More

Of all the sales persons encountered, Bill was the most knowledgeable and courteous. Even after the sale was complete, he spent loads of time with follow up..Bought a 2016 Highlander and so far the car has met expectations and then some. Everyone at Frankfort Toyota including Elvis Davis, the new car manager, were helpful and professional. More
