Gary Fields greeted us promptly, then showed us the various options available in their large inventory. He opened and talked us through about a half dozen different combinations. We drove a couple different RAV's, finally choosing the Limited. All the while, Gary was extremely patient while showing us exactly what we wanted to see with NO pressure at all. After making our choice, we went inside and quickly negotiated a deal that we all liked. Before we drove away, Gary walked us through all of the vehicle options, even pairing our phones to the system. We took our time, never felt rushed or pressured, and were done in 3 1/2 hours. Actually had fun buying a car. In the following week, Gary and the dealership have followed up twice making sure we were happy and asking if we had questions. Very well done. Thank you. More
