Jimmy took the time to do the most important thing a dealer can do with a client. He LISTENED to my needs, found the car I was looking for and explained in detail all the new technology of the car since my last Corolla purchase. The managerial staff (Gary Fields) and the financing (Bill Gaines) could not have been more accommodating and made the purchase any more streamlined and pleasant. I may live in Lexington, but with this type of service, I am happy to take the time and make the drive back to Toyota of Frankfort. More
