Sales Rep was amazing, dealership, not so much. Sales guy was amazing. “Detail” after purchase was poor to say the least. Frankfort versus Louisville We are new to the area and live roughly equidistance between Frankfort and Louisville. My Tacoma was due to have oil change. They were thorough, extremely polite, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Service was done quickly with fruit, coffee, Danish, and water in the waiting area.
