The sales experience was great then, so while visiting again in October 2019, my wife and I went to Frankfort Toyota where we received the same great service as we did back in 2006. Our sales representative was David Burnside who was excellent, patient, and knowledgeable. This lead us to consider purchasing a 2019 Toyota RAV-4 that was contingent upon my being able to return from Michigan with my wife's car to get the trade value to possibly complete the deal. Unfortunately the weather got bad so I was unable to drive back to Kentucky. Again, David was great, and had done what was necessary to sell the vehicle. More
