I knew Tracy from our Soccer days [I was his coach]We went to Frank Myers after going to 1 other place here in town[yadkinville]The day we went and told them what we were looking for and about an hour la went to Frank Myers after going to 1 other place here in town[yadkinville]The day we went and told them what we were looking for and about an hour later we were test driving the Ford Exployer.That was the 1 we wanted as soon as we drove it .There were a couple of things that had to be fixed and we took the Exployer home that day.We had a budget to keep to and the people at Frank Myers Auto Maxx,did their best to get us in the vehicle we wanted.We had to come back and get something fixed and we had no problem.We love the Ford Exployer,and we tell everyone where we got it.The shock on the back hatch was broken and the part has been ordered and when it comes in,we will take it back and have it fixed.Tracy has kept in touch with us thru out this deal.We are so glad that we decided to go down to Frank Myers Auto.We will deal with him again if we are in need for another car.Every one was so nice and while we were waiting for the book work to go thru, they kept checking on every few minutes to see if we needed anything.What we liked was that thru all the paper work and getting it financed they kept us imformed what was going on.The weekend we got the Exployer ,I drove it to Greenville South Carolina. Never worried about anything breaking down, it drove like a cadilac.I would rate them very high for being a used car lot.I feel they will stand behind the warrenty. That gives you a good feeling when you can say that.The thing is I know that all the good things they did for us wasn't just because I was Tracys Soccer coach so many years ago.I believe that Tracys salesmen are an extention of Tracys good faith and his values.Like we said 'We will return and with 7 grandkids ,we will be back more than once. Frank Myers auto Max was one of the best car buying experiances I ever had. I had credit within 20 min. Then Bruno showed us the cars that we qualifed for we picked the car we wanted but the payment wa experiances I ever had. I had credit within 20 min. I got my Mazda 3 from Frank Myers Auto maxx and have been very happy with my decision to buy a car there. I had originally looked at the same car with alloy wheels, leather interior and a sunroof but it was going to be more money that I needed to pay. Brandon and Keith helped me to realize that the base model Mazda was going to save my almost $45 a month in car payments! That turned out to be one of the better decisions I have made this year. Brandon is a good salesman. He listened to me and never talked down to me. Keith was one of his managers and went over all the numbers with me. He did it slowly so I could understand and didn't get frustrated when I asked him to repeat the numbers a second and third time. The owner Tracy came around and shook my hand twice. You could tell he wanted to make sure I was being treated properly and with respect. This is a good car dealer and i recommend them to anyone I know. More

I recently bought a used car for my 16 year old.....don't want to buy new with insurance rates on an inexperienced driver.(side note: I work in insurance;)) So with that said sure there may be some issues with my used car, but it's used, there are sure to be some issues from time to time but it's nothing that these guys won't handle! Frank Myers Auto is one of the best that I have shopped at. Originally from the North, I was surprised at how nice the salespeople were. Amazingly low pressure and huge selection, just like I like it. An added bonus is that all the cars were priced on the window. Where I'm from, dealers have to post a price on the car by law. Here is the south, most dealers don't put a price and it bugs me. Glad to see Frank Myers Auto doing like the Yankees do. lol. I bought my Chrysler 300 about 3 mnths ago and have had no trouble. I love it and will go back to Frank Myers when I need a new car. More

Usually buying a car is about as pleasant as a trip to the dentist, but I enjoyed interacting with the Frank Myers staff so much, I will never buy another vehicle elsewhere. This was my second purchase from them within three years, and my second experience was even more positive than the first. I live near Durham, but it was well worth the 150 mile roundtrip in my opinion. I would highly recommend Frank Myers to anyone interested in buying a car, and I will be a customer for life! More
