Frank Myers Auto Maxx has a great sales staff that was not pushy, great customer service and know exactly what they are doing when helping you with finance problems, or they did with me anyway. Their process was very smooth especially considering the rush I was in to get to daycare to pick up my kids. I was rude to them when I first arrived and it wasn't fair to them. At no time did I feel that I was getting pressured. I have visited many other dealers and Frank Myers Auto Maxx has exceeded my expectations more than any of them ever dared. More

Keith and Rich and John definitely went above and beyond their call of duty on our car deal. They were both awesome and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that we know. First time shopping for a car and went to Frank Myers Auto Maxx first. I liked the cars and the employees a lot but I went to 10 or 11 other dealers afterwards just shopping for the best deal. I went back to Frank Myers Auto Maxx and bought a car from them due to the incompetance of the other dealers I visited. They were either rude, smug, ignorant about their product or all of the above. I was greeted with a smile and their willingness to get me the vehicle of my choice for the best price goes way beyond any expectations I had. The warranty, pricing and high quality vehicles was amazing. And, even after my purchase, I have been contacted several times just to ensure my happiness with my new Ford Fusion and to even set-up the next oil change. I would dare to say you can't get that kind of service anywhere else! I am very happy with every aspect of my car purchase process. The nicest people I have ever dealt with. They want to make sure you leave happy and are so helpful. Everyone greets you the moment you walk in - from the receptionist to the other sales people. While shopping around for a car, I found many people to be 'pushy' or 'just looking for commission'. I was very pleased when I went to Frank Myers Auto Maxx! Unlike other dealerships, they aren't commiss be 'pushy' or 'just looking for commission'. I was very pleased when I went to Frank Myers Auto Maxx! Unlike other dealerships, they aren't commission driven, I could definitely tell the difference. I have purchased two cars from there and will continue going back! I was not 'pressured' or mislead what so ever! I can say for myself that I do not have perfect credit, and I honestly didn't expect them to be able to help me, but their finance department works miracles!!! More

We needed an engine and quickly. I spent most of the morning calling every garage in the area and to called to find an engine and then I called Rob at Frank Myers. He was able to provide the best quote and I didn't have to make any other calls. I was told a price and that's what happened, no additional upcharges or "ya need this fixed". Frank Myers provided me great service, replaced the engine and finished our car quickly. I highly recommend them. More
