I bought my car there in 2010. I just paid it off in March 2013 yayy!! Anyways the only repairs I made to that car in 3 years is I put new tires and brakes. It has been a wonderful car. I did not want a Ford Taurus but the salesman said I should take this car. I did and have been pleased. However, I am getting close to wanting something newer. I will be revisiting Frank Myers to see if I can get approved for something newer. My payments were a little high. Hopefully this time I will have a better Down payment plus a trade in. That should help with payments. We will see. Go here for a good car at an affordable price. More
We purchased a SUV not even a year ago! A month after the purchase, the transmission died while we were on the highway with our two infants in the car. Ever since we have had nothing but issues. My husband is in the military and was stationed in a different state and every single time we had an issue, they wanted us to drive the car 5 hours so they could look at it. How are we supposed to drive this car 5 hours when it has serious issues? Now that we are back in NC, we have been trying to get a trade in since obviously this car has serious issues that were not disclosed at the time of the purchase. They have been doing everything possible to beat around the bush and drag this out until we are no longer under warrenty. It's insane that this is how their customers are treated. On top of that, these guys act all patriotic but they put a serviceman in a horrible vehicle that has almost caused our family to almost be rear ended on the highway and they will do absolutely nothing to fix it!!! I'm a business owner and I would never conduct business in this manner. Customers are what make or break a business. This goes beyond just being disappointed in their customer service. We were put in an extremely unreliable vehicle that has put out family in harms way on more than one occasion. More

This was absolutely the very best car buying experience I have ever had! Eddie was my salesperson. He was amazing and worked very hard to meet my needs!! My payments were higher than I wanted but that's not the dealers fault. They offered me a base model Fusion for my budget but I wanted the loaded version. As a first time buyer in 2010 I was unsure of how things were going to go. I have heard negative things about car salesmen that my first instinct was to be on the defensive, however from the moment I walke were going to go. Their friendliness and willingness to help me out put me at ease.I was able to purchase a 2005 Silver Ford Taurus, which I liked and enjoyed for 2 years. I decided to go back in 2012 to upgrade my vehicle and this time I I was greeted by Nate who helped me through the process. When I purchased my car from Frank Myers Auto Maxx, it was for more than just simply "buying a car." I wanted a car that not only worked well and at a great price, but one that also signified "accomplishm was for more than just simply "buying a car." I wanted a car that not only worked well and at a great price, but one that also signified "accomplishment." As a business owner and entrepreneur, this was important to me. I found that at this dealership. As soon as I saw this car on the lot (2010 Ford Taurus with Cinnamon Metallic paint), I knew it was the car I wanted. My wife was also with me. She loved the car too! Obviously, I was suggested a few other cars, but I would not be moved from this one. Thoroughly convinced that I wanted this car, Frank Myers Auto Maxx worked with their lenders to get me the best possible price with low monthly payments, and for little money down. Would I recommend this dealership? Most certainly! Matter of fact, this wasn't the only dealer I looked at. I also looked into one right up the street - a Chevrolet dealership. This doesn't speak for all Chevrolet dealers, but the sales person at this particular one wouldn't listen to me. I told him what kind of car I was looking for, but without even knowing my financial situation he would show me something "economical." Something that looked like a rental car. I was insulted. He showed me what he assumed I could afford. Not only that, but when I told him that I was also considering making a purchase from Frank Myers Auto Maxx, he talked down about them, saying that they were able to sell cars so cheap because they weren't good cars. Well, I beg to differ and that turned my wife and I off immediately. We are THOROUGHLY pleased with our car. We have had it for about 10 months now and have not had one single problem with it! Not one! And EVERYONE loves it! It looks awesome, runs great (it's quiet and purs like a kitten), and is the perfect car for me and my family! I was so pleased that I sent them a handwritten card just to say "thank you." Really? To a car dealership? Yes! Really! I've known Tracy for a few years and like doing business with people I know. When we suddenly and unexpectedly found ourselves needing a new car, I sent a tweet out to Tracy that I was coming to tr business with people I know. When we suddenly and unexpectedly found ourselves needing a new car, I sent a tweet out to Tracy that I was coming to try out the Myers Auto experience. Tracy helped figure out what would be best for our family and went the extra step of sending Eddie with the car he thought would work best out to us the next day. Eddie was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Once he gathered the information that he needed, he returned to the dealership and Keith took over. If you take out the day that we were unavailable to deal with our car situation, it took less than 24 hours to choose a car and drive home. The follow up has also been great - I've never bought a car and received a thank you note. It's a simple act that carries a lot of weight. Tracy and his team go well beyond the extra mile to give you a smooth experience and I will definitely use them for our next couple of car purchases that are coming up. More
