Very Diappointed My husband and I bought our 2nd vehicle from FM in January. After 3 weeks of having it, it started to overheat and when I took it to them they simply My husband and I bought our 2nd vehicle from FM in January. After 3 weeks of having it, it started to overheat and when I took it to them they simply said that the coolant was low and topped it off. I just took it to them again today for the same reason and was told that I have a bad radiator. Why after only 4 months of having this vehicle. And guess what? The warranty is now expired! I really don't want to believe that they knew this back in February when I brought it back and they didn't want to fix it under warranty. But I really have no other way of explaining why the first time I brought it for this reason they simply topped it off without finding the reason why it was low to them now saying I need a new radiator. I am very disappointed and you have lost a life long loyal customer. More
Unsatisfactory I went to Frank Myers after speaking to someone on the phone saying after running my credit they had 2 lenders willing to finance me. I had one day to I went to Frank Myers after speaking to someone on the phone saying after running my credit they had 2 lenders willing to finance me. I had one day to get another vehicle due to transportation, so I went here. I was given 2 options, one was 0 down, $15,000 in loan and a 4.9 APR but at the bottom it said "with a qualified co-signer. That option was out so my second was a finance company called credit quick that supposedly reported to the beaureus and give me some much needed car credit for a future purchase. I'm thinking this whole time that I'm going to get to pick me out a car but instead was surprised when I didn't get a choice but they already had it picked out for me and it was my only choice. Feeling under a lot of pressure bc I had kids I needed to get around I agreed to the only car I could get (a Ford Fusion)which I have never liked. Anyhow, the salesman told me I needed to bring it back to be detailed and washed but it was really to have a GPS On it to track me. So I came back and got a GPS and no more (I got a seat cover and floor matts bc the salesman promised me seat covers but no front ones only one for the back seat and they were awful looking)! then We were talking about my car credit in 12 months and how it would help me to get something I actually wanted but then he told me they had their own system they reported to, not that they reported to the 3 main credit companies which would only help me if I traded in with Frank Myers again in 12 months! I feel very deceived right now honestly plus after getting it back from the place that put the GPS in my 3 year old son picked up a razor blade out of the front floor board they had left! My right front tire which was supposed to be new tires has a knot in it and is dry rotting and the "new brakes" they put on is making the whole car vibrate when hitting them and making a noise. This was supposed to be a safe car for my kids and I until I got up car credit to get a different one but it doesn't seem too safe if we have a blow out or the brakes goes out! Plus they didn't show me a car fax and it looks as though the passengers airbag has been deployed and I don't even know if it was replaced. I love the salesman Larry but I just don't like how they promised me things and then couldn't back it up afterwards. So now I'm stuck with a car I didn't want, I don't even know is safe for us and not sure about its history plus I can't even get car credit to trade it in somewhere else bc come to find out it's actually more of a "buy here pay here." I spoke to 2 other customers while waiting today for the GPS to be put on and they too didn't get to pick their cars either. Car buying should be fun and exciting but they just took all that away and turned it into worrying. Just be cautious if you don't have great credit and even if you don't I suggest giving somewhere else a shot if you have the time and transportation. 😐 More
