Hello Mr. Myers. I did express my dislike in the Fusion and my father even told Larry after he discussed the car with me privately that I didn't like it but he never said anything about another option only that it was the only car they had to put me in. Under the unfortunate circumstances at the time it was either leave with no vehicle and no way to get around until another month or two (due to my father hollering in my ear the whole way that he wasn't driving me around anymore after that day) or suck it up and get up some car credit so that I could get into something I wanted. The tire dry rotting was a misunderstanding between myself and my boyfriend. I thought he said it was but he said it looked like it bc of the knot in it. I apologize for that misconception. The car is growing on me since having it a week but I'm still hoping for a SUV with 3rd row seats in 12-14 months (hopefully). Again, I respect you for responding to me and offering me what you have to make things right. Most people just ignore reviews and their customers unhappiness but you actually care for your customers which sets you apart from most businessmen. Larry is a very sweet salesman and I'm glad I got to deal with him 100% but I would have just liked to have been told upfront that he needed me to come back for a GPS on instead of a wash and detail. I do appreciate that he did try to get me some seat covers bc most just make promises they never intended on keeping. Now if I can talk Mr. Larry into putting in some nice speakers and subwoofer we would be GREAT! 😉 I look forward to dealing with your company over the next few years. Thanks again for helping me with everything. I hope to meet you personally one day to shake your hand Mr. Myers. :)
