I had the worst experience with this dealership! In all my years something like this has never happened to me. I originally purchased a 2016 Crosstrek with a sun/moonroof, a tow hitch, stereo with navigation, back up camera, and blind spot sensors. There were some scratches, a cracked side mirror but you wouldn't notice until the blind spot sensor or left turning signal goes on, side mirrors did not move with the controls, and a good size scratch that looked like someone keyed it. But they assured me they can have that stuff fixed and it would take a few days a week at the most. So I decided to purchase it. But a week went by and I did not receive a call so I called the dealership. Someone followed up for me and the vehicle was never touched not even the cosmetic things. I was told that there was a short because of the side mirrors not working so they have to wait until a part came in. I continued to follow-up but no idea when it would be ready. So, now its 3 weeks going on a month and I still haven't drove off the lot. When I was called that the vehicle was ready I went and nothing was fixed!!! It was even on paper what they needed to fix and signed. The service department is rude and very lazy and tried to pass the vehicle off as if they did anything. So, eventually I asked to get my money back and then the manager of that dealership offers me another vehicle like it but a different model it and it was 2 years older. The one thing it had going for it was was its low milage but even with that low milage the Kelly Blue Book had it at $6,000 to $10,000 at the most or so. This model was 2 years older did not have any of the other things mentioned, it was pretty basic with no blind spot sensors, back up camera, and no sun/moon roof, and horse power was less than the other. I still took it for a test drive when I returned the following day. It drove well so I decided I would buy it anyway. So my salesman and I went back to get the paperwork started but the finance manager said the car needs 24 hrs to get into the system before they can do anything but wouldn't be able to right then because the general manger said come two days later so he can make sure everything is good to go. Well it wasn't he admits it was his mess up with everything but this vehicle would be $2000+ then what I would have purchased for the other Subaru Crosstrek. I could have spent the last 3-4 weeks with a vehicle from another dealership but they seemed genuine but I was wrong! Now I have to wait to get my money back so I can car shop again. This has been the worst car shopping experience ever! Don't go here especially if you want your car fixed by these bums they are the worst service department around! To end on a good note my primary salesman had good intentions and tried to help along with the ladies in finance at the back office... More

I have to say this was a very helpful and professional experience. I was having trouble with my vehicle and I brought it in for service. I received the bad news that my engine was beyond repair and I would need a new one. This being my work vehicle, I needed a much faster solution than a new engine so I decided to buy something new. Tommy and Ryan went out of their way to find me something that would work and got me out quickly in a new vehicle. Can’t say enough good things about service and professionalism. More
Sold me a rigged up lemon and made me take it to another dealership (VW) where I was being charged a $210 diagnostic fee. Since I couldn't pay that and was not told any of this information upfront, I lost my vehicle. Letting Frank Leta know that i would lose my car, I spoke to someone in the service department. I was told that their service manager would consider the situation to approve covering the fee so I could keep my job. Not only could this manager NOT tell me personally, but they denied it. They sold me a lemon, lied to me, swindled me, and legitimately ruined my life. They prey on the poor and have been the single worst experience with a dealership that I've ever had. Im astonished with their 4.3 star rating because I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to in order to deliver this public service announcement. More
I went in for a vehicle and Carlos was my salesman (great job by the way!!!) and came out with a 2019 Chevy Trax and great warranties. He’s awesome, Preston rocks and the team there is great!!
