Well we have had an issue since the initial review. The car was taken back to the shop for a repair, it’s been 5 days and we still do t have a loaner. Unfortunately, the sales pitch didn’t say “loaner only if available.” First car purchase and car being serviced 14 days after purchase and now have nothing to drive . Ouch!

And so it continues, service manager didn’t call, I called and left a message Wednesday morning. No returned call. Called Thursday to talk to our sales rep who is no longer with the organization. Another gentleman said he would take this on personally and get back with me or have service manager call. Still nothing. I find it hard to believe that there are no loaners available for the past 10 days at EITHER location. Someone PLEASE call me and explain what is going on.
