I purchased a new Honda Crosstour and could not have been more pleased with the sales experience. Jay Cox was extremely helpful and worked closely with us over three days to find the perfect automobile for more pleased with the sales experience. Jay Cox was extremely helpful and worked closely with us over three days to find the perfect automobile for us, and to close the deal. The negotiation process was painless and professional resulting in a price that we feel was more than fair for us. Based on our experience I would recommend Frank Leta Honda without reservation. More
My husband and I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They turned what should have been an easy cash sale into a four hour ordeal. We had agreed on one price for the vehicle and then I feel dealership. They turned what should have been an easy cash sale into a four hour ordeal. We had agreed on one price for the vehicle and then I feel that they took advantage of the fact that my baby daughter was getting fussy and increased the price to the list price on the vehicle, which was not the price that we agreed on. It was out fault for not checking, but their fault for their unfair business practices. They "keyed" the mileage in wrong from the vehicle that I traded in. I'm not familiar with the law on this, but seems deceptive as well! They also did not provide us with a second copy of the key for the vehicle. I sent an email informing them of the issue and received a response from what looked like someone's personal hotmail.com account. I found it hard to believe that a "huge" dealership would use hotmail to respond to customers. It seemed all and all very unethical. I called today to request the copy of the key. I was treated very rudely by both the receptionist (Diana) and someone who identified himself as a manager (Marcos). I was told that Marcos would call me back. She also questioned why I would have such an issue with someone sending an email from a hotmail account. I attempted to explain that it seemed strange to receive an email from another source when you sent it to a large dealership. This resulted in more rude comments. When I did not receive a return call from the dealership almost 5 hours later, I called back. I was treated very rudely and told that they lost the key and were looking for it. A car dealership that looses a key? Seems like a very unorganized place! I was also told that it was very expensive to create a copy and that they did not want to do so. I was asked rudely if I had ever lost a key before. Marcos called me back and was very rude on the phone to me. He kept stating that the dealership had been in business for over 50 years and was going to be in business for another 50 years. I don't know how them losing the key to the vehicle was related to how long the dealership was in business? All and all a really poor experience. Hopefully, this keeps someone else from making the same mistake my husband and I did. I know car dealerships are not the most ethical places, but this place is the worst dealership that I've ever been to and I will not recommend or utilize them again. More
I bought a 2009 Honda Ridgeline brand new. The sales man was a complete jerk. Eventually got fired. Every time I took this truck in for service they ALWAYS come up with something else to fix. Usually can was a complete jerk. Eventually got fired. Every time I took this truck in for service they ALWAYS come up with something else to fix. Usually cannot leave without dropping at least $100.00. They have instant service for oil changes but you can never get in without a 45 minute wait. They tell you at the sale that you get free car washes but they never have time to do it. We actually bought a honda civic from the same dealer and had a better sales experience but with the civic as well as the ridgeline it is always $100.00 for an oil change. Anyway, I recently traded my ridgeline in on an F250. I would buy a honda again but not from Frank Leta More

My visit was prompted by a letter offering $0/$0/$0 lease options along with a free iPad2 if Frank Leta purchased my car. The finance team treated me like I was a 3rd grader ... they lowballed the offer on options along with a free iPad2 if Frank Leta purchased my car. The finance team treated me like I was a 3rd grader ... they lowballed the offer on my trade-in by over $3K (even after I showed them the kbb.com value) and then they tried to use the free iPad2 as a negotiation tool on the price of the new car. Needless to say, I was insulted and will take my business elsewhere. More
Quick, easy and painless are the three words we'd use to describe our experience purchasing a new 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. John Hardy, our salesmen, was kind, patient and most importantly -- respectful! describe our experience purchasing a new 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. This is the first time I bought a car (a certified CIvic) from a dealer and I couldn't be happier. Here's what I liked about Frank Leta Honda: -Professional -Knowledgable (Bill has worked on the mech from a dealer and I couldn't be happier. Here's what I liked about Frank Leta Honda: -Professional -Knowledgable (Bill has worked on the mechanic side) -Willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase (Joe put the car up on the lift so I could check out the brakes) -Fair deal on my trade-in -Worked with me on the price without the usual good/cop bad cop games -Hooked up my Bluetooth and showed me the navigation system -Detailed my new car really well and helped me move my things over -Free car washes (with vacuuming)! -Treated me like the serious car buyer I am This last point is very important. I made the rounds of the Honda dealers in the area and this team was the ONLY one that really respected me as a woman car buyer. I had a salesman at another dealer ask my age and call me a "smart girl." Needless to say, I walked out of there as fast as possible. I only spend my hard-earned money at places I respect (whether they are big box stores or car dealerships). I would gladly buy another car from Frank Leta Honda, and I'm even looking forward to coming in for oil changes and car washes. Don't let the drive out deter you. This is the ONLY place I would buy a car in St. Louis. Thanks all! More
