We love Honda's and this dealership delivers in every aspect, but especially a comfortable low stress and pressure atmosphere. I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership on 1-6-2012. I signed up for the extended warranties, but when I read through the paperwork at home later, I decided I did not want the extra coverage. (There were too many items not covered, and/or the wording was very vague.) I visited the dealership on Jan 28th, well within the first 30 days of the warranty, to request a cancellation. I signed a document and was told it would be cancelled. Today is March 30th and, according to the warranty services company, the dealership has not notified them of my cancellation. I am talking $2540 here. I have visited the dealership twice and have contacted them numerous times. THEY DON'T CALL BACK!!!!!! I finally received one returned call from the sales manager followed up by an email from the dealership on March 5th stating that the warranties were cancelled as of January 28th. I decided to follow up with the warranty company on March 27th, found out the contract has not been cancelled, and was told by a customer service rep. that it was an easy task simply involving a message via computer. I called Frank Leta that day and asked for a MANAGER. The person who took the call wrote a detailed message and said she would give it to a manager. NO ONE CALLED BACK!!!!! I checked with the warranty company today--they still have not been notified!!!! I am going to the dealership for the third time now!!!!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Do not deal with Eric Gioia for any reason. The most rude and unprofessional person I have ever had to meet. Eric is the used car sales manager. Even the ceramic window tinting offer was irresistably COOL (seriously, no pun intended),Frank Leta's ultimate customer care is unbeatable to any other dealership Im aware of nor ever heard of. The way they remain loyal to their customers AFTER a LETA ACURA has been purchased amazes me. VIC KREAMER gave us his card to call for any and all questions/help which we sure needed after we bought it (lot's of great things the car does). Even set-up a bluetooth handsfree for my phone,in our ACURA before we left which sure made my fiance happy!(has well has all the drivers out there unaccounted for, Im sure!) We're getting married in a few months and we were looking for a nice new car. Last night we just hit the open road, and we both were impressed at the handling, the comfort, and the headlights offered the very best for night driving of any car we've had. I'm still excited about going back for my first complimentary oil change alone. Not to mention the free all the time car washes/vacuuming from their Service Dept.!! No B.S.! I had bought a 2009 Civic from Frank Leta 3 1/2 years ago. I was in an auto accident and the car was totaled. I knew that I wanted to go back to Frank Leta for my next car. He not only helped me get a fair price for the car I bought but he helped me get a fair price for my totaled car from the insurance company. I would highly recommend Wayne Burs as a sales associate and Frank Leta Honda to anyone who wanted to buy a new car. They are friendly and the dealership has a great atmosphere. My husband and I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They turned what should have been an easy cash sale into a four hour ordeal. We had agreed on one price for the vehicle and then I feel that they took advantage of the fact that my baby daughter was getting fussy and increased the price to the list price on the vehicle, which was not the price that we agreed on. It was out fault for not checking, but their fault for their unfair business practices. They "keyed" the mileage in wrong from the vehicle that I traded in. I'm not familiar with the law on this, but seems deceptive as well! They also did not provide us with a second copy of the key for the vehicle. I sent an email informing them of the issue and received a response from what looked like someone's personal hotmail.com account. I found it hard to believe that a "huge" dealership would use hotmail to respond to customers. It seemed all and all very unethical. I called today to request the copy of the key. I was treated very rudely by both the receptionist (Diana) and someone who identified himself as a manager (Marcos). I was told that Marcos would call me back. She also questioned why I would have such an issue with someone sending an email from a hotmail account. I attempted to explain that it seemed strange to receive an email from another source when you sent it to a large dealership. This resulted in more rude comments. When I did not receive a return call from the dealership almost 5 hours later, I called back. I was treated very rudely and told that they lost the key and were looking for it. A car dealership that looses a key? Seems like a very unorganized place! I was also told that it was very expensive to create a copy and that they did not want to do so. I was asked rudely if I had ever lost a key before. Marcos called me back and was very rude on the phone to me. He kept stating that the dealership had been in business for over 50 years and was going to be in business for another 50 years. I don't know how them losing the key to the vehicle was related to how long the dealership was in business? All and all a really poor experience. Hopefully, this keeps someone else from making the same mistake my husband and I did. I know car dealerships are not the most ethical places, but this place is the worst dealership that I've ever been to and I will not recommend or utilize them again. More
